It’s such a big step to reach out for help and so important to find a therapist that feels like the right fit. I am passionate about working together with clients during challenging times in their lives and believe in healing for all. I see the therapeutic relationship as the most important factor in supporting clients to explore and understand themselves and move towards self-discovery, self-acceptance, and healing. I am a warm, empathetic person and strive to provide a safe and supportive space to foster a productive therapeutic relationship, allowing individuals to create enduring and lasting change within their lives.
In therapy, my approach is holistic and interpersonal, while pulling from aspects of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to meet each client’s unique needs. I enjoy working with clients who suffer from eating disorders, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship concerns, and managing life’s transitions.
